Description: 1892 John L. Sullivan vs. Jim Corbett boxing match pass. Original pass style ticket allowed admittance to the first gloved Heavyweight Championship fight which took place in New Orleans on September 7, 1892. "Gentleman Jim" knocked out Sullivan in the 21st round. Notably rare with few known, especially of this smaller format. Nice eye appeal despite wear which includes an angled crack which runs from top to bottom. The piece has back damage/loss due to prior mounting: PREstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,000)
