Description: Elliott Maddox professional model New York Mets jersey c.1978-79. Rawlings size 40 jersey with "Mets" and #21 sewn on the front, along with "MADDOX" nameplate and #21 sewn on the back. Team logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve, and Rawlings tagging is sewn inside the front tail with "SET 1 1978" flag tag attached, and "40 78 21" strip tag alongside. There were no nameplates on the 1978 Mets jerseys, which likely indicates the nameplate was added for Maddox to continue wearing the jersey in 1979. Light overall use/wash wear.
