Description: Football and Baseball themed folk art table/stool c.1904. 9.5"x13.5" wooden occasional table (or foot stool) with very well executed hand carved and colored side panels. Two panels bear football scenes with two picturing baseball scenes. Exhibits light scattered wear with nice patina and nearly all of the original period paint is present. Two panels minimally affected by small band of scuffing. Signed on the interior "04 S.L." . Scarce and possibly unique piece of antique sports themed hand made furniture: Overall EXEstimated Price Range: ($300-$500)
