Description: Johnny Unitas twice autographed full size Colts helmet with hand painted likeness. Top of the line VSR-Y helmet by Riddell has a very nicely done hand painted likeness of Johnny Unitas done on the front. It has been signed "Johnny Unitas" over this area in silver marker rating 9/10 out of 10. In addition, he signed the piece a second time on the side in blue marker which has faded to slightly lesser (6/7-7 out of 10). A few very minor condition flaws are noted for accuracy.
