There are (36) which have been signed by the Most Valuable Player of the respective game (all done at lower right just above a printed identifier). In cases where a player was named MVP of multiple games it will be noted if they signed more than (1) page. Includes Bart Starr (2), Joe Namath, Len Dawson, Roger Staubach, Jake Scott, Larry Csonka, Franco Harris, Lynn Swann, Fred Biletnikoff, Randy White, Terry Bradshaw (2), Jim Plunkett, Joe Montana (3), John Riggins, Marcus Allen, Richard Dent, Phil Simms, Doug Williams, Jerry Rice, OJ Anderson, Mark Rypien, Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Larry Brown, Desmond Howard, Terrell Davis, John Elway, Kurt Warner, Ray Lewis, Dexter Jackson, Deion Branch, and Hines Ward.
