Description: Mickey Mantle autographed (twice) May 14, 1967 500th Home Run game scorecard (JSA). Original scorecard issued in 1967 by Yankees has a period newsprint box score affixed to the scorecard page reflecting the May 14, 1967 game in which Mickey Mantle hit his 500th career home run. A period handwritten note on the facing page reads "5-14-67 Mantle hit 500th homer." It has been signed twice "Mickey Mantle 536 HRs" on both the front cover and scorecard page in ink/marker rating 9 out of 10. In very strong overall condition with just a touch of light wear. There is a small rectangle of discoloration on the page opposite the affixed boxscore. Also includes a "May 1967" Yankees vs. Orioles souvenir scorecard which is likewise unscored (crease down center). includes LOA from JSA: NMEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$2,500)
