Description: 1945 Ralph Kiner handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized "American Baseball Bureau" questionnaire has Dec. 20, 1945 date stamped at upper corner. Kiner has printed his full name "Ralph McPherran Kiner" at top and handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions with some choice content. Most notably, he writes that his most interesting experience in the game was hitting a homerun in his professional debut in Spring Training. All done in ink rating 8/9 out of 10.
