Original multi-page scorecard issued for game played at Hilltop Park with Manager Clark Griffith and Wee Willie Keeler pictured on front. Scored neatly in pencil for May 11th game vs. the Cleveland Blues. Pencil notation on front covers notes "Addie Joss wins against Chesbro." Presents a strong EX-EX/MT appearance when positioned for display however the bound edge is approximately 65% split and the interior scorecard is loose and separated into two halves.
