Description: 1988 World Series hand painted envelope by George Sosnak. Unique oversized envelope measuring 5"x8" was hand addressed by Sosnak and sent to a relative in 1988. The front of the envelope features a beautiful hand drawn color decoration depicting the famed Kirk Gibson home run off of Dennis Eckersley during the 1988 World Series. Dodgers, Athletics, and World Series logos are also found within together with colorful background decor including a stadium scene with scoreboard at the time of the home run. Back of the envelope is neatly torn from opening the letter. Very rare offering from a primary source in relation to noted folk artist George Sosnak: EXEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,000)
