Includes plate which reads "First Detroit Lion Alumni Golf Classic 1979" around the edge; plate which has the State seal of Maryland with "John Unitas" engraved below and "Marvin Mandel 56th Governor" lettered around the edge; plate dated October 1, 1987 and reading in part, "Johnny Unitas…2nd Annual Great Sports Legends Dinner, The Marc Buoniconti Fund." Light wear and there is some loss in the inlay on the lettering/design. Light to mild wear. Includes letter of provenance from the Unitas Family: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($200-$400)
