Description: Johnny Unitas Baltimore Colts jersey. Nike On Field jersey (size XL) has number "19" screened on front, back, and shoulders. There is a "Unitas" nameplate across the back and a Walter Payton Man of The Year Award winner patch on the left front chest. Unitas had won the Award in 1970 when it was known as the Gladiator Award. Presumably issued for use/wear during an Old-Timers or team related function.
