Description: Rare c.1910s "Base Ball At Home" game box with contents. Exceedinly rare early 20th Century baseball themed game box with colorfully illustrated lid that reads, "Play Real Base Ball At Home, This Game Will Please The Entire Family." This text surrounds an image of rowdy fans which is captioned "Rooters Row When The Home Team Is Losing." End flaps offer further words of promotion, front lid flap is missing. Both halves of the box have condition issues to include tears, some areas of chipping/loss, split seams, and some interior areas which have tape applied. Contains several different types of playing pieces, balls, and an old pencil stub which are presumed to relate to the box however this can not be guaranteed.
