Description: 2004 Joe Nathan Minnesota Twins professional model road jersey. Gray pinstriped jersey with "Minnesota" block lettered across the front has player number "36" on back below "Nathan" nameplate. A team logo patch appears on left sleeve; "Eloise" memorial patch is on right as worn following the death of the wife of owner Carl Pohlad. "Russell Athletic" manufacturer's tag appears on front tail along with "36-2004-2" printed strip tag. Adjacent are size "50 100% Polyester" and "+2" Extra Length" flag tags. Very strong usage and wash wear evident throughout and the jersey closely resembles that in which Nathan is pictured on a 2005 Twins team issued pocket schedule.
