Description: Rare vintage Hank Greenberg single signed baseball c.1940's. TruSport "Official League" ball signed on a side panel in bold black fountain pen by Greenberg. Signature rates a strong 8/9 out of 10, ball has some moderate soiling to two side panels which appears to have been on the ball before Greenberg signed given the fine condition of the signature. On the soiled panels there are some faint vestiges of ink which may have been some additional notations/signatures that have faded with age. Playing career Greenberg single signed baseballs are exceedingly rare and seldom offered. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J.Spence-S.Grad: Ball: VG-EX, Signature: EX/MT-NM
