Printed on the correspondance side is: "Our "Beloved Bums" - Roy Campanella, Dan Bankhead, Don Newcombe, and Jackie Robinson - being congratulated by Lawson Bowman, Propietor of Bowman's Cocktail Lounge - St. Nicholas Place at 155th Street, New York City." and "Having a wonderful time at Bowman's. There's never a dull moment when the Dodgers are playing baseball.". Also marked "National Press - Chicago". Postcard is postally used and is addressed in ink.
