Description: 1957 NBA Finals Game 7 program - Celtics 1st championship (VG). 4/13/1957 Boston Garden program from Game 7 in which the Boston Celtics defeated the St. Louis Hawks by a score of 125-123 despite a 39-point, 19-rebound effort from Bob Pettit. The Celtics were led by Tommy Heinsohn's 37-point, 23-rebound performance, along with 19-points and 32-rebounds from Bill Russell. Creasing at the bottom right corner of the cover accounts for the grade, but minimal wear otherwise, and remains unscored: VG ($500-$750)
