Description: October 23, 2017 Carson Wentz game used and autographed Philadelphia Eagles home jersey - Monday Night Championship Season win (Wentz COA/Fanatics hologram) (EX) Green jersey with number "11" on front, back, and shoulders has "Wentz" nameplate across the back. On the chest is a Captain's "C" patch. Nike On Field tagging in the collar notes size (42) with adjacent year and custom hem tags. Very nice use/wear is visible throughout with some stains/scuffs. Signed on the back in marker rating 8 out of 10 and inscribed, "10/23/17, Eagles 34 Redskins 24, 17/25, 268 yds, 4 TDs."
