Description: Collection of 1950s-60s baseball, World Series, and All-Star Game press passes and ticket stubs along with other pieces in framed display (see description) Interesting display comprised of 25"x33.5" wooden frame (no glass) with backing bard to which an assortment of passes, membership cards, and ticket stubs have been affixed. All pieces relate to the career of Herbert Heft who had served in several roles incl. sportswriter and public relations director for several teams. Most of the pieces have his name typed or written in the bearer line. Includes 1956 Ebbets Field World Series press pass; 1956 and 1958 Yankee Stadium World Series press passes; 1960 World Series Games 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 ticket stubs; Red Sox Fenway Park press passes from 1956, 57, 58, 59, and 60; Baltimore Orioles press passes from 1954, 55, 57, and 58; Detroit Tigers Briggs Stadium press room passes from 1956, 57, 58, 59, and 60; Kansas City Athletics press passes from 1957, 58, 59, and 60; Baseball Hall of Fame passes from 1956, 58, and 60; Pirates 1960 World Series and 1959 All-Star Game press passes; White House Correspondents Association membership card; 1959 Washington Senators Griffith Stadium pass; 1955 St. Louis Cardinals pass; 1959 All-Star Game ticket stub; and others.
