Description: Interesting lot of (6) early baseball bats and similar type pieces (Overall EX) Nice lot contains (6) total pieces, some dating to as early as the late 20th Century and a time period in which it can often be hard to descerne what was intended to be a bat from items which had a similar appearance (including tools and table legs). While we can state with certainty that at least some of these were intended for use as bats it is likely that others were not. There are (3) earlier hand turned pieces with one having "Louisville Eclipse" lettered on inside an oval and another with what appears to be "...Atlas" lettered on. The other early piece has flattened surfaces on either side of the barrel. Later two include a bat with "Official Ty Cobb Ball Bat" stamped on and another with burned in "Wilson No. A-32" markings.
