Description: Smokey Joe Wood - c.1910s-20s Spalding brand undershirt and (2) pairs of uniform pants from the Wood Estate (with Family provenance) and Wood signed photo (GD-EX) Includes (2) pairs of gray wool baseball uniform pants and a long sleeve undershirt, all of which retain period Spalding manufacturers tags. Pants have additional size/other tags and (1) pair has a number "5" written in the waist. The undershirt has a vintage "Wood" notation in the collar (collar trim has slightly separated above this). An included letter of provenance signed by Robert K. Wood (son of Smokey Joe Wood) confirms that these (3) pieces originate directly from Wood. Also includes a 5"x7" portrait photo which has been signed "Joe Wood" in ink rating 8 out of 10: GD-EX ($500-$1,000)Final Bid: $933.00
