Large 14"x21" cardboard sign picturing Ruth advertising "Whiz It Union-Alls" clothing while washing a car with a young boy. The sign is missing its original easel backstand and is dated 1928 on the reverse. The bottom area of the display has some inpainting and restoration to a few tears. Top 2/3 of the sign remain fairly clean with some surface soiling and a few creases. Huge 31"x44" cardboard display piece mounted in a shadowbox style frame picturing Lefty Grove, Tony Lazzeri, and Harry Heilmann endorsing Lucky Strike cigarettes. The sign retains strong color with areas for cigarette packages around the perimeter. The sign has had some restoration inclusive of inpainting, a few tear repairs, and some creasing repairs while maintaining a fine overall appearance. The offered display once had two adjoining parcels with player endorsements rarely found intact and complete.
