| Description: 1937 New York Yankees large format team photograph. Wondeful black and white image of the World Champions incl. Gehrig, DiMaggio, Dickey, McCarthy, and Lazzeri posed in three row arrangement taken in front of the backstop at Yankee Stadium. Measures an impressive 20"x35" overall size in its' original black painted wood frame with only a few minor surface wrinkles. This image (and others like it) originally hung in Yankee Stadium and rarely become available for public sale. Signed by Tom Henrich (removeable if so desired) who noted that he remembered these images hanging in the stadium when he was asked to sign the photo: EX-MT |
