| Description: Rare 1923 Hilldale Daisies real photo postcard. Wonderful sepia tone image of the team in uniform posed in a stadium setting incl. Judy Johnson, Pop Lloyd, Biz Mackey, and Louis Santop. The Daisies were one of the charter members in the 1923 Eastern Colored League and went on to win three consecutive pennants. The offered postcard has several creases and a corner chip at upper right, back has numerous pencil notations (majority of which are numbers) most likely written by Judy Johnson as they appear to be in his hand.
