| Description: 1970 Philadelphia Phillies home jersey. Cream color pinstriped flannel shirt features Phillies embroidered logo patch on left breast with player #51 stitched on right. Heavily embroidered #51 appears on back. The name "Meyer" appears stitched on a nameplate in the collar. Wilson tag with size "42" remains on the front tail along with "42-70 Set 1" in chain stitching. Completely original and unaltered with no significant structural flaws and excellent display quality. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions, 1972 letter from the Phila. Phillies regarding the jersey signed by Bill Giles, and letter of provenance from Don Biernat: EX/MT-NM |
