| Description: 1932 New York Yankees team photograph. 9"x7" black and white image of the team posed in their home pinstripes on the field at Yankee Stadium. Image exhibits very strong clarity and contrast with players incl. Ruth, Gehrig, Lazzeri, Dickey, Ruffing, Gomez and McCarthy. Stamped on reverse by both Acme Newspictures and United Press International. Large Acme paper credit affixed to the back is dated "12/17/32" and titles the image "Sport Champions of 1932", and lists the complete roster depicted on front.
