Pencil notations on back include "Re-Building the Polo Grounds" and "May 28, 1911". Second photograph shows interior view of the Polo Grounds with a game in progress from the vantage of the centerfield seats. Pencil notations on back include "Polo Grounds", "Giants vs. Pittsburgh Dooin at bat" and "July 24, 1915". Buildings in the background of both shots give great "before and after" perspective.
