In letter dated Jan. 5, 1937, Stengel thanks the Mungo's for their Christmas card, wishes him success for the 1937 season, and thanks him for his past performances under Stengel's management. Stengel has signed the letter in bold blue ink. Signature rates 9 out of 10. Stengel managed Mungo for three season with the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1934-36.
