| Description: San Francisco 49ers professional model jersey attributed to Fred Quillan. Red mesh jersey with white striping and numerals features number "56" screened on front, back, and both sleeves. No name appears on the reverse with player attribution to Fred Quillan who played with the 49ers from 1978-87 and wore #56 (only player to wear that number during time period). Wilson tagging remains affixed to the tail front. The jersey itself shows fine use including several holes from contact and surface abrasions.
