| Description: BYU collegiate football uniform with helmet c.1989. Game used full-size helmet with school decals on both side panels retains its Riddell manufacturing labeling. Helmet shows evident use including various indentations and surface scratching. Blue mesh jersey retains its original "55" on both front and back with player name removed from the nameplate. Game use is clearly visible including altered sleeves to allow for padding. Russell Athletic tags are affixed to tail front: VG-EX. Matching pants are also tagged Russell Athletic and show game use: VG. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and letter of provenance from Don Biernat. |
