Signature rates 9 out of 10, having been covered by a strip of period clear tape. Addressed on the back and cancelled Aug. 15, 1951. Small piece of clear tape is present at bottom edge on front and light cancellation marks only slightly affect the signature. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA. Includes LOA from JSA: EX |
