| Description: 1954 Mickey Owen Boston Red Sox road jersey. Road grey flannel shirt features Boston lettering in dark blue felt stitched across the front, with Owen's #11 on back. McAuliffe manufacturer's tag remains on the front tail with year designation "1954", size “42, 2in.” and number “11” designations in blue chain stitch. The jersey is completely original and unaltered, showing moderate usage wear. There are several small moth holes on the front, shoulders and collar area. Owen, a two-time All-Star, finished his career with the Red Sox in 1954 ending a thirteen year career that included stints with the Cardinals, Dodgers, and Cubs. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions: EX
