| Description: Group of (18) original New York Yankees player photographs c.1926-27. 4”x5 1/2” images include individual shots of Yankees players Lazzeri, Muesel, Hoyt, Shawkey, Shocker, Combs, Merkle, Bengough, etc. Backs are stamped “Photo by Robert F. Perkins” and have minor paper/glue residue from scrapbook removal. Most also have player name notation written in pencil on back. Fronts appear mostly EX-EX/MT. Includes letter of provenance from the Collins family. |
