Interior waistband displays a strip tag with "Howard 78 2 24" tagging along with a Wilson mfg. tag. Additionally, "16" is written in black marker inside the waist indicating that Whitey Ford may have been given the offered pants (after use by Howard) to be worn in an Old Timers Day/Coaching event.
