Rare and unusual 2 1/2"x4" blank backed card features four color player panels of Babe Ruth, Walter Johnson, George Sisler, and a Cleveland pitcher. The card was likely issued as a panel on some sort of product or candy box. Colors remain fine with a few minor creases.
