Description: President Harry Truman single signed baseball. Cream color Harridge AL baseball signed on a side panel by President Harry Truman in green ink. The signature is extraordinarily bold rating 9.5 out of 10. Period blue ink date of "1949" is positioned underneath the signature. The ball was signed for an 11 year old boy during the Washington Senators Opening Day Game played at Griffith Stadium in 1949. The boy was traveling to the game with the President and Secretary of Labor Maurice Tobin. Spectacular presedential signed example with impeccable provenance. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication, letter of provenance from the original recipient, and its original AL ball box: Ball: EX/MT-NM, Signature: NM-MT
