| Description: 1989 Oakland Athletics World Series trophy. Original figural trophy presented to a front office employee as a member of the 1989 World Champion Athletics. Very high quality figural trophy stands 12" tall featuring brass pennants with team names around the perimeter of a large brass circle with a crown finial. A's and Giants enameled World Series press pin facades adorn the center area with "World Champions Oakland Athletics 1989" in black lettering on the front. The trophy remains very clean with minimal overall wear. Desirable original trophy relating to the notable World Series which was tragically interrupted by the San Francisco earthquake: NM |
