Shirt exhibits evident use incl. soiling to the team name on the front, appropriate wash wear, and light soiling to the number 57 on the back. Retains its original AIS tagging on the tail front with size 52. The jersey includes a color photo of Howard wearing the shirt and an LOA from the Phillies Charities signed by a Phillies representative.
