| Description: Louisville Slugger metal bat rack c.1930s-40s. Uncommon "A" frame style metal bat rack with brackets enabling the display of (36) bats. Vintage coat of red paint is a period overpaint with remnants of the original paint underneath. Double sided metal marquis on top has "Louisville Slugger Bats" in white lettering and inset black ovals with the H&B logo in orange lettering. It appears that the black/orange logos are original and were left visible when the rack was re-painted. First example of this exact style that we have offered: EX |
