| Description: 1969 Phila. Phillies road jersey. Grey flannel jersey issued to John Boozer with original "Phillies" embroidered team name on the front and #28 on the back. The #28 on back is team issued and may have been re-issued to Luis Peraza who wore #28 in 1969; Boozer wore #21. Shirt retains its original "Boozer" chain stitched strip tag inside the collar along with Wilson/size tag on the tail front and "1969 Set 2" chain stitching.
