Signed by Rixey in black fountain pen at the bottom rating 9 out of 10. A small image of Rixey is affixed to the bottom left which is removable if so desired. Very obscure handwritten letter as Rixey died in 1963 just one month after his election to the Hall of Fame. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication: NM |
