| Description: Fine Joe DiMaggio photograph c.1949. One of only two original copies of this iconic image within the collection picturing DiMaggio walking into the locker room with his arm around his son after the 1949 World Series. 8"x10" sepia tone photo is stamped "Acme News pictures" on the reverse. Retaining exceptional clarity and contrast, photo has some light wrinkling at the bottom. The bottom left corner area has a small piece of vintage tape on the surface which could likely be removed through a professional conservator if so desired.
