| Description: Fine Honus Wagner single signed baseball c.1933. Lightly toned "Official League" ball signed boldly in black fountain pen, "J.Honus Wagner 1-28-33" on a side panel. The signature remains very strong ranging from 9-10 out of 10. The date, in Wagner's hand, varies from 3-8 out of 10 due to lack of ink at the end. The offered baseball is being deaccessioned from the collection of Slippery Rock University for the benefit of the school. Very fine examplar which is being offered to the collecting public for the first time. Includes LOA: NM |
