| Description: Joe DiMaggio shower sandals c.1950-60s. Pair of "U.S. Royal" rubber shower sandals each having "Di 5 Mag" in period black marker on the front as worn by Joe. Unclear as to whether they were worn by Joe while with the Yankees or Athletics. The sandals remain intact in original condition with some hardness to the rubber surface from age. Includes vintage photograph from the DiMaggio collection picturing Joe showering after tying the 44 game hit stream of Willie Keeler: VG-EX |
