| Description: Joe DiMaggio's set of custom made New York Yankees luggage c.1970s. Graduated three piece set of "Yankee" powder blue luggage made for DiMaggio by "Custom Craft Co." Each piece features a large "NY" Yankees logo on the front; the largest piece retains a typewritten "Joseph DiMaggio" identification tag along with his Beach St. San Francisco address. Luggage exhibits very minimal usage with some minor cracking to a few areas of the plastic on the interior from age. The lot also includes a Joe DiMaggio autographed American Airlines luggage tag. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication (autograph). |
