Prestigious etched crystal award presented to DiMaggio on October 11, 1989 by the National Italian American Foundation for his "Lifetime Achievement in Sports". The pyramid shaped award is engraved on all three panels and signed by the artist on the base. Crystal pyramid remains atop its original base with a silver placard affixed to the front engraved to DiMaggio. The placard is also impressed with Tiffany & Co. manufacturer's logo on the front.
