| Description: Set of (4) Pan American Airlines Certificates issued to Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe. Four parchment paper certificates each measuring 10"x12" and titled "Domain of Phoebus Apollo" were given to Marilyn and Joe in honor of crossing the International Date Line. Includes (2) each for Marilyn and Joe along with the original mailing envelope addressed to the couple. One of Marilyn's certificates has some age toning from resting against the envelope. Lot also includes an original black and white 8"x10" photograph of Marilyn and Joe posed outside near the Pan American airplane: Range EX-NM |
