| Description: Joe DiMaggio photograph c.1920. Timeless image picturing Joe at the age of six taken in Martinez, California. The photo shows a young Joe DiMaggio saluting the camera in a striped outfit. This very photograph was used in the May 1, 1939 issue of Life Magazine and is stamped as such on the reverse. The image retains fine contrast with some minor edge wear. Reverse has several publication date stamps including the 1939 Life stamp.
