| Description: Joe DiMaggio original painting c.1940s-50s. Colorful oil on board painting depicts DiMaggio batting with Yankee Stadium grandstands in the background. The painting is very well executed with whimsical folk art qualities and vibrant original color. Signed "To Joe DiMaggio" on the front by the artist Angelo Montouri and again on the back. The painting was believed to have once hung in Joe's San Francisco restaurant and includes a color three dimensional Polaroid photo picturing the offered painting in the background. 21"x29" in its original frame.
