Rare presentational piece given to the members of the famed Oriental Tour consisting of a baseball shaped base converted into a cigarette lighter. The ball has been signed by (18) members incl. Ruth, Gehrig, Foxx, Mack, Berg, Gomez, Averill, and Gehringer. Sigs range from 3/4-8 out of 10 with the majority grading better than 5. The ball originated from the estate of former Phila. A's traveling secretary Robert Schroeder who was also involved in the planning of the 1934 Tour. Very desirable and uncommon Tour related auto. piece.
