Description: 1932 George Blaeholder St. Louis Browns home jersey. Thick stock cream flannel shirt with original gold braid piping with sun collar removed (common for the era) and original intertwined "SL" on left sleeve. Back has #1 which is a period replacement from original #12, Spalding tag remains inside collar with "Blaeholder 3 32" chain stitched on back of tail. Blaeholder surrendered Babe Ruth's 600th home run on August 21, 1931. The next batter was Lou Gehrig who proceeded to hit another home run en route to an 11-7 victory for the Yankees.
